Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States. In nearly all cases we ship USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from the date of shipment. If you require another shipping carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order.

For all other states, territories and countries, you will be able to choose your shipping method. In most cases, only USPS Priority Mail Domestic / International will be presented as an option. Estimated delivery time is 6-10 days from the date of shipment. In rare cases UPS Ground may be available as well. Delivery times vary. Please refer to UPS.com.

Shipping Timeframe

Our product listings will either say "In Stock" or provide an estimated number of days until shipping. The average time between order processing and shipping is 2 business days. However, in some cases, it can take up to 4 business days.  We will contact you if we anticipate an extended processing window. If possible, we may opt to drop-ship your order directly from the supplier to fulfill your order sooner. Our goal is to get you your products as quickly as possible!

Orders received after 3PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Restrictions

Regrettably, we cannot ship to Russia at the present time. You will find, when entering your address, that Russia is not available in the 'Country' field. However, we may be able to process your order manually. Please contact us.

Payment

We use Paypal as our payment gateway. At the end of the checkout process you will be redirected to Paypal.com to make payment for your order. If you do not successfully make payment, your order will not be delivered to our system. Please contact us should you have any difficulty.

Note: if you elect to pay via eCheck (when your payment source is a bank account and you have no credit card on file as a backup source) the transaction can take 3 - 5 business days or more to complete, depending on your bank. Your order status will show "Payment Submitted" during this time. We will not process your order until payment is complete. Pay via credit card to avoid this delay.

Backorders

We keep a part of our catalog of motorycle parts and accessories in stock, while others are ordered from our suppliers as needed. Occasionally, these items may be backordered and unavailable to ship during the specified shipping timeframe. If this occurs, we will contact you within 24-48 hours with a revised ship date estimate. If you do not wish to wait, we will refund any backordered items upon request.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased and would like a refund, you have 14 days from the time you received it to return it to our facility in resale condition. You must fill out a return form on our website to request an RMA number. If not, then no refund will be issued. A 20% restocking fee may apply on returned merchandise. Absolutely no returns on electrical items will be allowed. If you have experienced issues with your product after the allotted return time, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a replace or exchange. We do NOT issue return shipping labels. You are responsible for all shipping fees to return merchandise to us.

Exchange Policy

If after purchasing an item you decide that you would like to exchange it for another product, please contact us. Items must be submitted in resale condition. If they are not, no exchange will be given. Make sure when completing the return form that you state what you wish to exchange and for what product. Please contact us to discuss payment if there is a price difference between the old and new items. There are no additional fees involved for an exchange. We do NOT issue return shipping labels. You are responsible for all shipping fees to return merchandise to us as well shipping fees for exchanged product to be shipped.

Warranty Policy

Please contact us regarding any warranty questions or requests. Warranty coverage varies from product to product. For some products you will go directly to the manufacturer, while others may require our assistance.
